Hands-on experience in a comprehensive training
program, offering the full range off skills required for service in the
Food and Beverage Departments with proper product knowledge and etiquette.
Easily accessible and fully equipped training facilities are provided to
the students with proper equipment to practice their skills on a daily
basis.
(Practical events such as wine tasting are
arranged during every course to ensure that the trainees are provided with
the proper knowledge on wine. Wine estates such as Zevenwaght, Groot
Constantia, Neetlingshof, and many more will come and provide every
student with proper wine training.)
